"Pros: The room was basic but clean, with no real view considering where it's located. The area looked a bit sketchy on arrival, but all was fine - it's just a bit out of town, and borders a sports ground, so was deserted late at night. Cons: I didn't like the virtual receptionist - it was all a bit surreal to turn up late in the evening and be greeted by someone on the other end of a video link - welcome to the future no doubt.." ~Pete
