Please inform Whitepod Original in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The pods are not directly accessible by car. Guests can park their cars at the reception. From there it is a 15-minute walk to the pods.

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable.
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for CHF 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
