Located in the centre of Neuchâtel, Hôtel de l’Ecluse is only 300 metres from the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Guests enjoy breakfast either in the new breakfast room or in the patio in the shade of a fig tree. Free WiFi is provided. The rooms are individually decorated with a romantic, smart or colourful theme. All rooms come with flat-screen cable TV and a minibar, an some have a kitchenette which can be used on request. The private bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. South-facing rooms offer view of the Neuchatel Castle, while north-facing rooms overlook the courtyard with its garden. Two public underground parking garages are nearby, and one of them offers direct access to the Hôtel de l'Ecluse. Charges are applicable. Within easy reach of public transportation, Hôtel de l’Ecluse is only a 2-minute walk from several restaurants, the centre and shopping facilities. Restaurants or sports activities can be booked at the reception desk.

Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for CHF 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for CHF 45 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
