"Pros: Location perfect. Facilities as described and adequate. Clean. Cons: Dated. Bedding worn. Pillow limp. Mattress hollow. Photos of owner’s family unnecessary to remind us it’s someone’s property. Very poor instructions to collect keys- 5 minute walk after phone call. Pets welcome mat is disturbing to people who don’t like pets. No instructions for taxed bin liner system and where to take rubbish and buy bags. Plenty of dishwashing liquid to wash by hand, but stay minus one dishwater tablets provided. One small cockroach. Not distressing but may be indicative." ~Edmond

"Pros: The view from the house was amazing, and the balcony was great for grilling or chilling. The selection of household appliances such as microwave, oven, toaster and etc. were pretty good for a small group of five people so it was pleasant to cook and prepare meals at home. The hosts were also easy to reach and super friendly. Meanwhile, there were enough brochures and pamphlets which would give you the information you need and would answer your questions. We didn‘t go for skiing, but if you plan to ski, there is a ski resort with access of cable cars, right from the place where the house is located, so it makes it pretty convenient. Cons: The house was not super clean, although it was in a good condition. The bed linens and towels were also not available, and you had to rent them for 25 CHF. There were not enough sofa if you were six people, so you had to use the kitchen chairs instead of sofa. Toilet paper, taxed trash bags, dish washer tablets and hand soap were not enough for one week stay of five people and we had to buy them. Most importantly, the sockets are thinner than the usual ones, so some of our electric appliances like hair dryer and phone charges did not fit in and we couldn’t use them." ~Shahin
