"Pros: THIS IS A SCAM. Do not book this. I booked. For 10 days I tried to contact them to confirm arrival time . No reply. I rang repeatedly. No reply. I contacted booking.com. No reply. I searched for the property on arrival for 2 hours. No such property. I’ve asked for a refund. No reply. There is another review with same issue. Booking.com need to deal with this immediately. Such a lot of stress and upset for what was meant to be an amazing time in Zurich. Cons: It doesn’t exist. There is no apartment. There is no communication. From either booking.com or host." ~Sadbh
