"Cons: The receptionist at check-in was quite unfriendly, which made for a poor first impression. I’m not sure how the front office staff is being trained, but providing a welcoming and respectful guest experience should be a priority.
When asked if I parked in the garage, the staff member immediately demanded to know my parking spot number—without any context or explanation. Does anyone actually note their parking number upon arrival? Probably not. A more helpful and polite approach would have been appreciated.
Overall, staff training in basic hospitality and guest interaction needs serious improvement" ~Anthony
