"Cons: This was my second—and definitely my last—stay at this apartment, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the start. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight from Singapore and requested an early check-in. However, the first response we received was a demand for additional payment. While we understand policies around check-in times, some flexibility would have been appreciated, especially since we had stayed here before for 2 weeks. Fortunately, we have friends& family in Switzerland and were able to spend time with them instead. During our first stay, the apartment was extremely cold and we were given a small radiator to head up the apartment, but we chose not to complain through this channel. This time, we noticed a concerning security issue: the access codes of both main door and the one of the apartment remained the same as during our previous visit in January, suggesting they are not regularly updated. The code was eventually changed a day later, but we were given the wrong one, leaving my wife locked out until the cleaner arrived. Additionally, check-out was set at 10 AM. Given the various inconveniences we experienced, a gesture of goodwill—such as a late check-out—would have been appreciated, but none was offered. At that point, I didn’t even bother to ask. Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor service made for a frustrating experience, and I would not choose to stay here again." ~Dimitrios
