"Pros: Nothing Cons: Fraudsters Took money upfront from the card as hot deal booking. When I arrived at the hotel it was locked after calling many times with no answer. Contacted booking.com then the owner sent a wrong door code, which didn't work..no room number or floor was provided. This is the same owner who scammed us at the first property (Hanza Tower) where it happened to us first.. at the end we had to pay for a third time and booked a room in Marriott because we were not accommodated here. Worst thing is the property owner kept lying to booking.com when I asked to refund money, they said I am checked in and staying in their hotel.. booking.com. was not helpful to get back my money €450, this scammer stole from us. We met in front of this hotel at least 5 more couples who were scammed the same evening. According to another person there were more guests who arrived in the afternoon who had met the same fate. This owner runs scam via booking.com under different hotel name (at least 5 different listings under Hanza tower) and deluxe inn resort. Fotos on booking.com are totally fake. We spent 3 hours waiting in front of the address calling booking.com to resolve the issue. It completely destroyed our weekend plans. Next day I had to continue calling booking.com in hope to get it cancelled.. property refused cancel the booking fee of charge and continued lie to to booking.com that we are staying there. We ended up paying three hotels for a total of €1250 for just two days." ~Ahmed
