"Pros: We enjoyed our stay and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Having a few chairs in the rooms. Or a table to be able to have breakfast. I missed to have a place outside our rooms with a sink to wash our dishes better than in the bathroom sink." ~Hector

"Pros: The owner and her family were extremely friendly and helpful, foreseeing and helping out with several issues, such as, offering a store for my sons bike, us getting caught in a rain storm and offering to dry our clothes for us in her dryer and then delivering them back to our door for us the same night. Supplying us with clean towels throughout the week and even finding us a bike box for us to transport a bike in. Iwona and her husband couldnt have been better hosts and we will look forward to seeing the family and using the same accomodation again next year if the downhill world cup is back in Bielsko Biala in 2025. Cons: On the Booking website it did say that the accomadation had use of a washer but I didnt see this. A shared washer between the apartments would be useful for longer stays like we were. I felt that the kitchen could have done with a pair of scissors, a tea towel, a wooden spatula type thing for cooking, and a smaller milk pan. These are very small issues and not a complaint just a recommendation on how to better wonderful accomadation, other than that everything was perfect. My boys were very excited to stay somewhere so tastefully decorated and comfortable." ~Sallie
