"Pros: The view and the flat were great. The welcome package was a very nice touch and a great surprise. Also nice that the flat was having Christmas decorations. Also very helpful message regarding road conditions and the need to have proper car equipment. Cons: Nothing to complain. Everything was great. As a recommendation it would be great to receive up front the information about the climate tax. Is not high, but would be good to know about it up front not only when receiving the checkout message." ~Flavia
