"Pros: The owner of the B&B, Mr. Ho and Ms Lee were very friendly, helpful and informative. When the earthquake of 7.5 hit Hualien, 3rd April 2024 at around 7:55am, we were having breakfast, they help us to get out. We have to cancel our trip to Tarako National Park as it is closed as precautionary measure. Cancel our booking for day to the park. After that, they advised us what to do to stay safe. When train services resume on the 4th of April, they book and collect the train tickets for us. We felt well taken care of despite the earthquake." ~Roy
