"Pros: The place was very clean, nice, peaceful and cosy, but the staff is the most important part. The host lady went above and beyond to help us when we were stuck during a super typhoon in Hualien, gave us food and helped us immensely with finding the right way out of Hualien in time - even went with us to the station, since we didn't know much Chinese, for which we were immensely grateful. Beautiful people with beautiful hearts, they will always make you feel right at home. Of course, I recommend with all my heart."
