"Pros: It was clean. Cons: The staff was not there when we arrived and the door was locked. We arrived within the check-in hours and were very concerned that no one was there. I had to go through old emails to find the phone number for the hotel and when I called there was no answer. I messaged the hotel through the booking.com app and about 20 minutes later a woman on a scooter showed up to take payment and give us a key. Then she left and told us to leave the key on the counter when we checked out. The customer service was very poor." ~Wood

"Pros: Quirky and cute design, wonderful deep bathtub for two, beautiful green view through major picture windows, friendly and helpful staff, great wifi and hot water, comfortable bed. Cons: The cute swing seat in the room was actually quite uncomfortable. And the open design meant using the toilet a bit embarrassing." ~Mark
