"Pros: Location was rather central to the city, but we hired a driver to get around because we were travelling with a toddler. My kid loved the slide/ball pit in the room and was really happy. Room was spacious. Staff were generally helpful. Super affordable. Cons: The in-room kid/child facilities could have been safer. E.g., the ball pit was simply an area bordered by a ledge. The ledge was not padded and the corners were not rounded. Please supervise young children. I was a little thrown off by staff during check-in when another staff member interjected my conversation with the counter staff and asked me to cancel my online booking and book directly with them for a small discount of NTD$300, because it sounded like a demand and they mentioned I'd have to pay in cash (which was a little suspicious). Luckily the counter staff clarified that it was an option they were giving guests, and I didn't have to take it if I didn't carry that much cash - I'd have left if he didn't clarify it that way." ~Nicholas
