"Cons: The flooring is not carpeted and can b cold during winter. Asked the hotel reception for bedroom slippers and was informed not available. Saw the bedroom slippers on housekeeping cart and asked reception for it. Still get "No" as an answer 👎" ~Serena

"Pros: Clean, good amenities. Cons: Not seems to have enough heat when cold. Staff provided additional plug in heater. No room temperature thermometer, no easy way to indicate room heater is working, the instruction for the heating control is unclear. Also, it would be a great help if the bidet seat is installed rather than a hand spray." ~Whittak
