"Pros: The staff is available 24 hrs, and is readily available. Carpark is available right below the Family Room. Cons: 1) No key was provided for one of the two rooms we have booked. You have to ask the staff to open the carpark roller shutter each time you want to get into the room located above the carpark. 2) The cleanliness inside both rooms we have booked are fine but the carpet flooring of the outside corridor is very dirty. 3) Breakfast time is 7.30am to 10.00am. We went for breakfast at 9.20am and there were also other customers coming. The Sao Mai steamed dumpling have runned out and we asked the staff to replenish. But they said they only serve 1 round. When it's finished then that's it. The management should consider changing this practice and replenish food that has runned out well before 10.00am." ~Nicholas

"Pros: Stayed once in 2019, good to come back again after their renovation. Like there facilities and whole unit by ourselves Cons: Stated non-smoking, but the moment you opened the door, strong cigarettes smell filled up the whole room. Seem that the management did not do well in inspecting and ensure checked-in guest not smoking in the room. And did not ensure the room is free from smell of cigarettes when doing housekeeping." ~Luv3271
