"Pros: The resort is pleasant with a nice outdoor restaurant and pool. The rooms are comfortable with a nice balcony. The majority of the staff are lovely. We stayed on the 5th floor which was nice. The pool rooms have direct access to the pool but they had sold out.
Cons: The plastic sun loungers are too old and faded. The pool bar really needs refurbishing. Unfortunately the hotel is in the old part of town which is a bit run down. The staff who stand by the doorway are pleasant but they talk about customers in Thai - it’s obvious. The reception staff are however very respectful."
