"Pros: A very beautiful villa. Everything in it was beautiful. Our stay was very comfortable and safe. We were happy to stay in this villa. Special thanks to Brother Boom for making everything comfortable during our stay. He provided everything we needed. He booked cruise trips for us and also provided a massage service for my family inside the villa without any hassle. And go outside to do this in comfort and privacy inside the villa. He would check on us every day and ask me if I wanted anything or anything we were missing, and he was always there to help. One of the most beautiful things about the villa is the large swimming pool in the villa and my children enjoyed swimming in it and what is nice is that it is very clean and large. I highly recommend this beautiful villa. We will definitely come back to stay there again.

"Pros: The house manager was very helpful. You just have to give her a call and she will arrange everything at the soonest, transport, massage etc. Just try your luck and see what she can offer. The house is big and reasonable clean.
Cons: There are 4 bedroom, 2 on the second floor and 2 on the first floor. The bottom rooms has an attached toilet and the top rooms have a single shared toilet. If you are coming with friends, it is fine as everyone is living far apart so there is some privacy but if you are coming with your family, the rooms are a little too far to my liking. But it's all personal preference, you might like it this way..."

"Pros: The property was spacious, clean and well laid out , the housekeeper Mrs Prakong was always on hand and helped with booking boat trips and food for the trips. Any maintenance issues were dealt with immediately.
Location was great to eat in some local restaurants but near enough to go to the beach front for some more lively evenings if wanted.

"Pros: The villa is a great and beautiful place to rest in the business of the Ao Nang area, secluded but still in short distance to Nopparat beach and the nightmarket. Good size on the rooms and the outdoor space. The pool was great and cleaned daily. The manager Madame Prakong was always available to help us out with booking of trips, transportation or other services or activities. All in all we are very happy with our stay.
Cons: Missed a dishwasher and a laundry machine in the villa. It would also have been great to have coffe available daily (consider the high price over christmas). Also missed the option of easy ordering breakfast."
