"Pros: Beachftont. Cheap. Good air-cond. Mosquito nets allow to sleep with open windows. Cons: Wifi is dead. You cannot even search in google. It tskes forever. We could not even use our mobiles as a hotspot because even mobile signal was not strong enough. This is not a hotel, but two flats in the old cheap condo. No people live in this condo. At least we did not see any signs of other guests. But we were not exactly alone. Right under our windows is the guards' post (a chair and table) and they produce constant and very loudy noise almost 24 hours a day. If they fo not sleep on the chair, they are shouting or speaking loudly, or they watch videos with full sound or listen music. In a daytime they are visited by families or friends and the area becomes a socializing corner. And they "talk" louder then my headphones. You have no escape. The floor was covered by dust so walking barefoot in the room was not an option. Microwave was dirty inside with some slyme on the tray from previous guests. Door lock with the password is a headace. Wobbly beds. Water tub outside is locked by the lock and key is not provided. So when you came back from the beach you have to go inside with sand on your feet. Non-sence. After two testing nights we decided to do not stay here anymore, and relocated to another place nearby." ~Vladimir
