"Pros: I like the response of the staff. She was so friendly and communicative. Also, the room was so large and comfortable with 1 soft king-size bedroom and 1 queen-size bedroom, 3 blankets, and 3 pillows. In addition, there was a long, big window and an air conditioner above it with the position facing West, so we could see the sunset. Additionally, a small pantry in the corner with a sink, a bottle of cleaner liquid, some plates, mugs, and glasses, and a water heater, was helpful enough for making hot water and putting snacks from a small shop on the first floor. Moreover, there was a refrigerator with 3 bottles of water, each 600 ml. Furthermore, there were 2 big cupboards with 3 hangers and 3 towels for me and my children (8 years old and 10 years old). Last but not least, the bathroom was large enough with a water heater in the shower, a sitting toilet, a tissue toilet, and 2 small bar soaps.
Cons: At the beginning, I was so confused about the location. In the email, the location was in the T8 area. However, the Grab application and Google Map detected a different location for Impact Challenger. Because I used Grab to order a taxi, I followed the map in the application. The building was still empty when I arrived in the Impact Challenger area. Fortunately, security helped me and called the staff. She told me to go to the T8 because the room is in the T8 building. The distance between Impact Challenger building and T8 was close enough for me but not for my children (8 years old and 10 years old). Therefore, I retook a taxi to go to T8 building. After arriving in the room, I could not find shampoo, a rug in front of the bathroom, or tea or coffee in the pantry. Usually, I got them freely when I stayed in other 3-star hotels." ~Indri
