"Pros: The 38th floor bar was nice, and even though a rooftop was advertised, it was under construction and inaccessible. Cons: The type of room we booked was not available. We were told we received an “upgrade” as a compromise, but it definitely was not. It was on a lower floor with a lesser quality view and my wife and I ended up sleeping in separate beds. We also killed 6 bugs in the one night we stayed there. The rooftop was closed for renovation despite still being advertised online and even on posters as being open in the lobby when we arrived." ~Daniel

"Pros: I needed a room for a couple of days and enjoyed the present Sathorn. Clean and spacious room, confortable place to stay with lovely staff, convenience store, street food and other shops around." ~Jeanne
