"Pros: First off, the staff were wonderful. They contacted us days before our arrival and was very prompt in answering our questions. Upon arrival, they were waiting infront of the hotel and helped us store the luggage as we arrived too early. When we came back, the luggage were already placed in our unit. The service was excellent, and the unit far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything we needed were provided. The beds were very firm and super comfortable. Wished we stayed longer than the two nights. Will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family and for our future travels to Bangkok. This place is also close to the MRT and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Very convenient location. Cons: Nothing. Loved everything about it!" ~Linda
