Situated 600 metres from Bang Rak Pier in Choeng Mon Beach, this 4 bedroom villa features a Panoramic sea view and private Pool. The villa has three levels. Main Entrance to the property is at the top level. Two comfortable double en-suite bedrooms are located on the top floor. These open on to a large deck and enjoy spectacular sea and local area views. Both roomy en-suite bathrooms are stylishly fitted out. The master bedroom's bathroom not only has a elegant bathtub and big shower place, but also has a dedicated make up station. The toilet is equipped with intelligent toilet seat cover. On the middle level is the spacious open plan living room with fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Large sliding doors open on to a good sized deck with an invitingly cool outdoor lounge area and led illuminated infinity pool – a per- fect place from which to enjoy the expansive sea views, stunning sunrise and Plai Laem Temple. The bottom level has a self contained two en-suite bedrooms with a kitchenette, washing mashine, dining and lounge area, independent entrance and a small deck area with an outdoor table and chairs. The deck on this level has extensive views over the hills and tropical bush of the local area. Parking is available at both 1 and 3 floor. Other facilities and fittings which make this villa stand out include a 75” OLED TV and sound bar in the living area. In the main kitchen there is a dual gas cooker, oven, dish washer, double-door fridge . The water tank for the entire house is fitted with a UV filter system and a 4-filter-system drinking water purify machine in living area . For wine lovers there is even a dedicated wine cabinet with wine fridge. All beds are king size. The pool use a non-chlorine filtration system. -5 mins (by car) to Big Buddha, CheongMon Beach, Samujana, Sala Resort -7 mins to Ritz Carlton, Six Senses, Bophut Pier and the biggest Fish market on island -10 mins to Samui airport -15 mins to Chaweng beach, Chaweng street and Central -15-20 mins to 3 big supermarkets - Makro, Tesco and Big C -1 min to 7/11 and Family Mart We make it easy to stay with us!You'll receive the comforts of home with a starter supply of shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens. Each reservation includes applicable taxes and cleaning fee. Daily rates are inclusive of 20 Kwt daily electricity, 7 THB per Kwh for extra power usage. Free internet, smart TV, cleaning and changing towels every 5 days. Bedsheets will be changed once a week. Monthly rental guests have no free water, utility, cleaning and changing linens/towels, due to its high discount. Electricity -7 THB per Kwh. Water- 90 THB per unit.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 20000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host
