"Pros: This is a great place to stay! Pool, Fully equipped kitchen, pool table, Karaoke system, Big TV, 3 big bedroom with comfortable beds and a very nice staff that is very helpful. I was there with my wife and my daughter with her family. The villa is well maintained and no point to complain. The owner was easily reachable by booking messager and we got instant reply whenever there was a question.
Cons: The location is little far from beach and city but it was easy to rent motorbikes for 200 bath / day"

"Pros: It was extremely comfortable. My children loved the pool and slide and the pool table inside was a nice addition we were not expecting. There is loads of space. We were a family of 4 and could have easily had another 4 people stay and it would have still been big enough.
Cons: Two cockroaches were spotted in the villa. Staff responded quickly and brought spray to spray in the drains and around the edge of the rooms. They left the spray in case we needed it again but we didn't. You will also need a car to get about as the villa isn't really near anything but we knew this before arriving.
We were also surprised that no toilet paper was provided."
