"Pros: This is by no means a luxury hotel. Rooms are very small and kind of old.
On the other hand all the most important equipment is there, like aircon, hot-water shower, TV, Wifi, water boiler, fridge.
When taking into account that the property is right by the river, and that there is an only 1 km walk to the walking street, it does end up being real good value for the money, if compromising on the room itself is acceptable."
