Sunset Beach Villas is located along Haad Rin Beach in Koh Phangan, a 5-minute walk from the famous Fullmoon Party. Cosy cottages have private balconies overlooking tropical greenery and the sea. Fitted with tiled flooring, the simply furnished air-conditioned rooms is equipped with a cable TV. An outdoor seating area and hot water showers are also included in all rooms. Boasting a small stretch of private beach, Sunset Beach Villas is a 25-minute drive from Thongsala Pier. Dining options and shops at Haad Rin Centre is within a 10-minute stroll from the resort.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are advised to specify preferred bedding type at the time of booking under "Special Requests". Please note that the request is subject to availability. The holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking must be part of the traveling party. Upon check-in at the hotel, customers are required to present the credit card used to pay for the booking.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
