Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's stay as a penalty fee. This does not apply non-refundable reservations and room rates.
