"Pros: It was a wonderful experience staying at this place. We booked last minute and we were apprehensive of the place. But it was beyond words starting from the hospitality from the time we entered. The person knew my name before even me telling him. Which meant he knew his customer arrival well. He allowed us to stay 2 hours prior to the booking time. He did not demand more for it. The place is so thoughtful arranged. He has kept mats to carry to the beach and slippers and water to wash feet once back...these small things make a lot of difference. A lady there taking care of the place was also very polite and friendly. .Loved every bit of the place!!"

"Pros: My wife and I stayed at Thalassa Pool Kata Beach hotel for two weeks in a family studio. The room was large and fully equipped to meet our self catering needs. We were accommodated on the ground floor and had direct access to the pool and sun loungers which were used on a daily basis by my wife who loved the experience.
Cons: We had two minor issues: the wash basin sink was partially blocked and slowed the drainage of the water from it and the freezer compartment of the fridge was unable to make any ice which would have been a nice addition to our drinks."
