Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and the credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, the full payment will be charged from a new credit card and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card. Please note that the swimming pool at Building 3 will be 'Closed' it down until Monday 31st October 2022 but another 3 swimming pool are open.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
