"Pros: Good nifty little apartment for those wanting a comfortable stay in Patong Beach where you can cook. Very clean and they offer daily cleaning which is great. Amazing shower and comfortable bed.
Gym is small, but air conditioned and okay for a small workout, and the pool we didn’t use as it’s in the shade most of the day but it’s a nice addition to the hotel/apartments.
Cons: Our personal experience with the staff at check inn wasn’t great, the HDMI port on the TV, and the wifi, didn’t work in our room so we requested to change which they let us, but it seemed as it was a problem! It also states you get free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day but when I asked about this, I got told this is incorrect…
Wifi didn’t work throughout our whole stay, 5th and 7th floors and also in the gym it didn’t work. I had a SIM card so wasn’t a problem for me but needs to be fixed for sure!"
