"Pros: I travel to Khao Lak/Bang Niang for over 15 years. And stayed in a lot of places in this area. But Fair house is now my absolute favorite if you like a budget friendly place to stay. Very friendly staff, close to the main area of Bang Niang. Super clean room with a terrace if you stay downstairs. The room has a cooler, water heater and even a sink to wash dishes."

"Pros: Nat and Visa and the team were so welcoming and helpful. They gave lots of tips of places to visit and eat locally, as well as coordinating our onward travel at the best price and most convenient route for our needs. We booked a similan island trip through them and saved over 1000 baht each from the tour company’s advertised price by doing so - amazing!
Fresh fruit, eggs and freshly cooked pancakes every morning eaten on the terrace out front watching the comings and goings was a really nice way to start the day. The honey and lime juice was lovely.
Really spacious room, cleaned every day.
On a street with lots of food and drink options, and only a short walk to the night market or beach."
