"Pros: The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos. It’s beautiful and the terrace is really special. We have been there twice: the first time it was spotless clean, the second time not really. The kitchen looks well equipped (we did not use it but there are all the basic stuff), easy to find and quiet (except for Saturdays since there is live music on the beach but we have 2 small children and they could fall asleep anyway so it’s not that loud anyway). Comfy beds, fast WiFi and a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby.
Cons: No instructions about the check-in. No one came to the apartment at the agreed time and we had to wait for one hour with two small children under the midday heat. Not cool at all. The number provided is a French one and was not answering calls, emails or messages because of the time difference.
The beach is the ugliest I’ve seen in Koh Chang (it’s rocky and you can’t bath).
Furthermore, one of the toilet was full of cockroaches.. we killed like 5 or 6 huge ones every evening and since there is no bathroom’s door I was not so happy to sleep there. I don’t know why there were so many and only in one of the bathrooms. we closed the sink, the WC, didn’t use the shower at all, there was never food around however, Every evening they were there.. we are travelling since 3 months in south east Asia and this was the first time we had this issue"

"Pros: Very nice and relaxed location in the very south of Koh Chang with a nice pool.
Kayaks can easily be rented at the resort and are free of charge for 1 hour.
The breakfast buffet was rich and good. Nice coffee machine with excellent (!) coffee and a variety of coffee options – the machine has sometimes its ‘own will’ though.
Staff was superb: little shy in the beginning, however extremely helpful and friendly – even on challenging topics. Thanks to Natty and the complete Shivapuri team.
Cons: Beach is great, swimming however is not so easy due to the very shallow coast and some rocks."
