"Pros: The staff were amazing, really made us feel welcome The location is 5*, just you some jungle and the sea. Hornbills in the trees, sea eagles over head and lots of amazing hermit crab. Super relaxing and super isolated The walk to the other side of the island is through jungle Given its a captive market the restaurant was really very good, beer cheap(ish) an its by far the best place to stay on Ngai Cons: Its really isolated which made me slightly stir crazy on the 1st day-quickly relaxed though The accomodation is good but not 5* luxury" ~Adam

"Pros: The location is fantastic and it can justify some of the downsides of the hotel. We had the family room which looks a little dated but was renovated and cleaned daily. There was a living area downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs. Great, calm beach with loungers. Not crowded even in high season. If you have a return speedboat booked, you'll be informed about the pick-up time at check-in. Cons: There were 2 bathrooms but the one of the room with 2 twin beds had no hot water at all which is a big downside. The power outlets on the tarrace didn't work. The breakfast should have been better. The only 3 good parts about it were egg live-cooking station, fresh vegetables and fruit. Bad-quality coffee. Cold Thai dishes. Limited selection. The food wasn't replenished 25 minutes before the end." ~Maciej
