"Pros: The property was clean, and the houses were very lovely with comfortable beds - the shower rooms were also very big and you can walk around in them Cons: When we arrived to the hotel we were told by the manager straight away that they do not change towels, for a 4 star hotel I think this is ridiculous, we got told if the towels were wet to dry them outside, I understand to save the environment and limit waste but not to change the towels once for a 3 night stay. Additionally, there was no replacement of coffee and shampoos in the rooms on any days they were cleaned. I think for 4 star service this makes it seem less." ~Almas
