"Pros: i stayed at this villa with my family and we absolutely loved everything about it. the view of the villa was spectacular! the rooms are all very spacious and comfortable. the swimming pool is huge and perfect for swimming, we didn’t even want to leave for the beach because of how huge the pool is. the service of the house assistants was very helpful and they were all really nice and friendly. they kept the villa clean at all times and they even did our laundry. the chef did an amazing job and served us perfect meals 3 times every day. my kids absolutely loved the villa and enjoyed every minute of it. the only tiny problem is that the beach is kind of hard to reach and the amount of mosquitoes that were there. but overall everything was perfect, we will definitely be back again." ~Ali

"Pros: Everything in the hotel is clean and comfortable. Cons: I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards their clients anywhere. First, I mistakenly booked a villa in this hotel and they immediately withdrew money from my card. After that, I tried to cancel my reservation, but I was denied. After that, my family and I decided to come to this hotel anyway, because they wrote off about 7 thousand dollars from my card. I started writing and asking about meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel, to which I received no answer. I continued writing for several more days in a row and also received no answer. The day before arrival, I received a message from the hotel asking me to indicate what flight and when we would arrive. I indicated all the details, flight time, passenger names, etc. When we arrived, unfortunately, no one met us or contacted us. We took a taxi and went to this hotel ourselves.
