The staff were friendly and attentive; they offered assistance when we reported that the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. They even suggested changing our room without us having to ask. Unfortunately, none of the available rooms had functioning air conditioners that night. However, on the following night, it appeared that the staff had made some repairs, and we found that the air conditioning in our room was working properly. Cons: The small bathroom lacks proper separation between the dry and wet areas, making it easy to get wet while bathing. Additionally, the bed is too soft, which causes discomfort in our backs.
