"Pros: The staff welcomed us with a drink, then took us to the room, which was ready. Everything was incredibly clean, and the room was quirky in its design. The staff were always on hand with any queries, and could not have been more friendly. We ate in the restaurant for tea, and it is the best burger I've had, at a reasonable price, with a 100 baht discount for renting a room. I would recommend this hotel to anybody, as it is clean, welcoming, and a fantastic location to the local bars and restaurants (2 minute walk to Bangla Road).
Cons: Nothing, it was all fantastic."

"Pros: Definitely the location. Right in the heart of the nightlife, Shopping, bars and restaurants.
Cons: Communication with the apartment owner was good at first on arrival when I called to complain to him about a few issues. But he did not answer further calls or texts. But to be fair to him we arrived earlier than normal on the check-in day. but it was at an agreed check-in time. On being shown the apartment I found workmen finishing off the tiling and there was dust on all the furniture and floors. The cleaners were busy trying to get the room ready. We were tired after a long flight, and I rang the owner and complained. He was apologetic and we just wanted to rest and recuperate so accepted the state of the apartment. The following day the apartment was cleaned while we were out, and it got serviced 3 times over our 10-day stay. The only remaining issue was the TV only worked on YouTube and the new floor tiling done in the shower did not have a lip barrier to prevent the shower water from running up to and around the toilet bowl, so we got wet feet when using the toilet after one of us had showered. On checkout, We waited as arranged for the owner to arrive so we could hand our room keys back and take a final power meter reading. No one showed up. So we left right on time on our booked Taxi to the airport."

"Pros: Great location, very clean & comfortable bed.
Cons: When I arrived, the Air Conditioners weren't working and the apartment was very hot! I was dripping sweat! I had to wait for technicians to fix it, and they wouldn't give me the keys until I paid first. I had to wait outside in host's car... a very bad circumstance! Then the technicians had to come back AGAIN the next day to still fix the AC's... I had to wait in room for them. Very inconvenient! The manager offered to refund me 1500 Baht but ONLY if I CANCELLED my booking first. Very shady! Not fair to me or to Booking.com. I guess she want to use Booking.com's commission percentage to pay me, and still make a profit off of my inconvenience by having me cancel and still stay there - Not sure, but still not cool. The host Maria was very nice to me though, she tried her best to fix the AC's for me, very pro-active and thoughtful. After my stay, the manager refused to reimburse me the 1500 Baht that she ORIGINALLY offered me. Not very professional or honest in my opinion."
