Cons: Constant pigeon sounds were quite unavoidable and inconvenient, which made it difficult to fully relax at times. Additionally, I planned a special anniversary surprise for my wife, but unfortunately, the hotel did not fulfill it, which was quite disheartening, also one more thing the floors were a bit slippery so watch out if you have kids" ~Ali

"Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the breakfast was delightful, and the service from the staff was generally outstanding. Cons: However, my experience was significantly impacted by one staff member at the reception, a woman named Fang. Unfortunately, she provided the worst service I have ever encountered in Thailand. For two consecutive days, she acted as if she had no interest in being at work. One particularly frustrating incident happened when we asked for a spoon because we had bought an ice cream from the supermarket. Instead of assisting us, she told us to go buy one from 7-Eleven. That level of service is simply unacceptable. Additionally, I had booked a late check-out in advance. When I mentioned this to Fang, she claimed it was not registered and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. She barely made an effort to fix it and didn’t even apologize on behalf of the hotel. As a front desk representative, she should embody the hotel’s hospitality, yet her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to have such a great stay end on a negative note because of one person’s behavior. I would have gladly given this hotel a “Excellent” rating, but due to this experience, I can only rate it as “Good” As the saying goes: “First impressions make a difference.
