"Pros: I stayed here for 2 months, and I will be back. I knew the location, because I used to live in a condo here on the beach, and I often rode back into this soi on a motorbike. Given the location, it is nice to have a motorbike -- but I never bothered to rent one on this trip. Personally, I did not think that it was too far to walk out to the main street (to catch a songthaew), or to walk down to the beach. They have a great pool for swimming. Nice sauna & steam room. An adequate gym -- nothing fancy, but some lightweight dumbbells and a couple of machines. There is a pretty good local Thai restaurant close to the condo (K. Su's Kitchen, but in Thai -- and they speak Thai), that I visited regularly. I recommend it. The manager of this condo was attentive and ready to answer questions and to help out. Everything was easy. Also, there's a nice rooftop garden (I guess this is where the name comes from?) that is rarely in use. A great place to do some reading. Cons: Really, I didn't have any problems at all here. And I'll be returning for that reason." ~William
