"Pros: Excellent pool, great value Cons: Very difficult to check in when they had sent the wrong pass numbers to enter and retrieve your key from a PO Box yet the security could not speak any English the phone number given they couldn't speak any English so massive communication problem as I can't speak Thai. The security staff I found made me very uncomfortable as a woman the way they looked at me and the way they spoke to me was not nice" ~Caren
