"Pros: I love the place very much. I have been travelling all around the world since years ago. The service provided here are fantastic, no words can describe how excellent it is. I must apologise as I took too long to write this review which also meant that I no longer remember the names of the staffs that attended to me and my family. I vaguely remembered a male staff and 2 female staff which are always at the front counter (one of them named Atom). At the 1st day of my stay, I couldn't connect to the internet to download the application needed. IIRC Atom lend me her hotspot to download it and do the respective setup. She also introduced each features of the application instead of just leaving me to explore the application. After all the checkin process, she brought us to our Villa and introduced every part of the Villa. Damn the Villa is very big and clean. I love the Jacuzzi which is on for 24hours. [Any time of the day is Jacuzzi Hour] There are so much things that I would like to say but I'm going to sound like a grandma telling stories. Lastly, I will just end my comment with a thank you for the wonderful stay and thank you very much to the staffs that attended to me patiently! XD
Cons: Reason why I put 9 as my rating instead of 10 is because if you are planning to stay for longer period of time, you might wanna consider another breakfast option. Please don't get me wrong, I love the place and the food there are fantastic. However the breakfast choices are always the same apart from the special dish for the day."
