"Pros: Location frustratingly close to the beach. But there is a 8 feet high wall in between So this means a 2 km walk!! You really need a motorbike / regular taxi. Cons: I don't know what is going on in the block. Some of it looks really classy. Some is full of unpacked boxes. Doors lying open... still unfurnished! All very strange. Reception is only attended occasionally and they have no interest in helping! A very strange, empty building with no heart / life." ~Clive
