"Pros: Good location. Swimming pools very good. Cons: Building sites everywhere. Very very noisy. Our room overlooked a building site with diggers and cranes working. Also our balcony overlooked the men’s urinal on site. I contacted Booking.com concerning this and they corresponded with me and said they had put in a complaint to Utopia, which was no help to me whatsoever. The Utopia was full so we could not be moved anyway. I feel Booking.com should compensate me with a voucher for goodwill because they should not sell the rooms unless declaring the building work in progress.
