"Cons: The location is up a very steep hill. I would have liked more instruction on best ways to get down to road and back up to hotel. The staff tried to assist but language barrier makes it difficult. They did try to help with any queries though which was great. Our biggest issue was the bad smell in the second bathroom. We had to keep the door closed and burn incense sticks to block out the smell. I think the property could be enhanced by improving the smell issue for future guests. Finally, for future guests, I recommend having mobile coverage. We could only use WIFI which made it difficult to communicate with our hosts all the time. Things would have been easier for us if we had mobile coverage. But overall, the apartment is clean enough and well serviced. The pool is lovely and the view over Phuket and the ocean was beautiful. We had the best view for the NY eve fireworks which were spectacular." ~Josephine
