"Pros: Easy trip from the airport on the Phuket Smart bus. Walk or take a bolt bike to Surin Beach. You can also take the Smart bus to all the rest of the beaches on the east side. The Staff is super friendly. They will do your laundry if you need. The rooms are HUGE. Your room leads to a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy a smoke. I will be returning for my next visit. "Pros: All the facilities were spot on, only fault was if you like a bit of tv it's a smart one and no log in information or instructions how to work it. But apart from that excellent. Cons: The location wasn't too good never had one taxi driver who had heard of it or knew how to get there. Not on Google maps either." ~Cowell
