Luxury Four Bedroom Holiday Villa With Elevator Walks To The Beach

"Pros: Beautiful place, nice view of the ocean, and the roof top pool was great. There was a well supplied kitchen and big comfortable living room. The place settings in the dining room were gorgeous. There is a small market and some shops nearby, but most attractions, and the airport, are about 30-60 minutes away. The master bedroom was huge with a nice bathtub and decent view.
Cons: If you rent here, be prepared to pay a lot for the power. We had to pay for the electricity, which I've never seen for a three day rental. We paid $150 for the deposit, and they kept $135 for the power bill for three nights. I live in a comparable size house, with a pool, and the power bill is nowhere close to that high for three days. We were gone most of the day and only used lights and ac in the rooms we were in, which was mostly the living room. I'm not sure why the power was so expensive. The ac in our room started dripping onto the bed in the middle of the first night. We woke up at 3 am in a puddle. Luckily, there was one extra room for us to sleep in. The sauna and massage room shown in the pictures are part of the house, but clearly have some water damage that left a strong odor of mildew and likely mold. If you are concerned about mildew and mold, you may want to reconsider renting this house. The wood floors were nice, but also suffered some damage in areas, so be careful of splinters if walking barefoot. We were excited to cookout by the pool, but there was no propane. They said they would replace it but never did. We ended up cooking all the fresh seafood from the market in the kitchen. The induction stove was neat. They require magnetic pans, which they provided. Some of the pans, however, weren't magnetic. So, if you can't get the stove to work, make sure you are using the magnetic pans. The beach that the house sits on is a fishing area, so don't plan to swim in the ocean here. We had a great time, but definitely would not rent again."
