Residang Guest House offers clean and comfortable rooms with free WiFi. The property features a tour desk, bicycle rental and shuttle services. Rooms are fitted with air conditioning or fan. They come with a cable TV and en suite bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony. For guests’ convenience, the property provides luggage storage and free public parking on site. Local dishes are served at the restaurant.

Please inform Residence House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 23:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone. Please note that the guest house is open from 07.00 to 23.00 hrs. Parties are not allowed and no noise is allowed after 23:00 hrs. Children from 0-2 years are charged THB 50 and children from 3-5 years are charged THB 100 per person per night when using existing beds.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for THB 40 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots.
