"Pros: The hotel is in a good location and the room was comfortable. The most positive aspect of the stay was the staff. They were all very supportive, friendly and helpful, and that really made my stay a very positive one. Cons: I think this hotel mostly caters to big tour groups. They should have a better system for checking room amenities between guests, i.e. is the safe open, does the TV remote need batteries etc. These are minor issues and easily rectified, but checking properly saves time for the guest, so they don't have to ask." ~Milsom
