"Pros: Really unique hotel with helpful, friendly staff. We booked all of our excursions in advance through the reception staff and although this made them a little more pricey, it made the experiences so much less stressful for us in the event of changes or cancellations. A continental breakfast was included in our room rate with fresh omelettes cooked on demand.
