Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Outdoor Pool is closed from Mon 13 Nov 2023 until Sun 19 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a deposit of EUR 50 per day is required upon arrival at check-in. A la carte restaurant Carême is open daily from 18:00-00:00. Lobby Bar is available. Thermal SPA (indoor pool, thermal pool, saunas, snow fountain, Turkish bath and fitness center) is available from 06:00-23:00. Outdoor pool is open daily from 8:00-20:00 in summer. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents in all SPA areas. There is an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet per day when traveling with pets. The maximum number of pets is 2 per room, the maximum weight is 15 kg and vaccination certificate or passport is required. Please note that the thermal pool will be closed between April 24 - May 24, 2024 due to renovation works.
